Diptrics sells over 25 collections to 110 stores, boutiques, and department stores throughout Japan's many regions.
We develop a custom-made sales strategy for each brand considering the designer's target and how that best translates to the Japanese market.
With further input from the designer, stores are then approached.
Between seasons, our sales team visits each point-of-sale to examine the merchandising of the brand. Feedback from the buyers on sell-throughs and on customer reactions is forwarded back to the designer in order to explain what retailers currently respond well to and to help the designer forecast in the seasons to come.
